2.2.10 Working With Extra Battery Packs If you spend a lot of time traveling or work without connecting your notebook to an electrical outlet, it may be a good idea to carry the additional battery packs so you can quickly replace a discharged battery and continue working. 2.2.11 Maximizing Battery Life A battery can be recharged many times, but over time it will lose its ability to hold a charge. To maximize the battery life: • If you are not using your notebook for a long period, please remove the battery. • If you have a spare battery pack, please alternate the batteries. • Ensure your notebook is off when replacing the battery.
