Troubleshooting 8 Troubleshooting 8.1 Touch Screen Problems Problems Touch screen does not respond to hand gestures or render them properly. Causes Dust, particles or any foreign material on the camera's or reflector's surface may affect image quality and the display's touch function. Solutions 1. Remove any dust or particles from the reflector and camera using compressed air. 2. Gently clean the cameras and reflector surface carefully with a soft antistatic brush to avoid scratches. 3. Clean any remaining dust with a clean, dry dust-free cloth. 8.2 Messaging Problems Problems Unable to send or receive text messages. Unable to send or receive e-mail. Unable to connect to the network. Causes The signal strength is not strong enough. The Internet connection or the e-mail setting is not configured properly. You are not within the network's service area. Poor signal. Solutions Try moving to a different location for better signal reception. Check your network connection, and confirm with your e-mail service provider if your e-mail setting has been configured correctly. Check the service area with your service provider. Move to an open space or if you are inside a building move closer to a window. 39
