Troubleshooting Problem Range will not function. Broil does not work. Oven light will not work. Oven is not clean after self-clean cycle Door will not open after self-clean cycle Oven does not operate in self-clean Possible Cause and/or Remedy Range is not connected to electrical power: Have electrician check power circuit breaker, wiring, and fuses. Temperature control knob is rotated too far past broil position. Light bulb is burned out. Range is not connected to power. Temperature control kob not rotated all the way past clean until it stops. Oven is still in self-clean mode. If oven is hot, door latch will release when safe temperature is reached. Door is not shut tight enough for automatic door latch to lock. Material Compatibility Detector - Induction Ranges If the pan's material or its dimensions are not suitable, the pan indicator will flash and the unit will not cycle on. Small Object Detector - Induction ranges The induction range will not recognize any object or utensil smaller than 2 inches in diameter. For best results, use pans that are between 5" (13 cm) and 12" (31 cm) in diameter. Service Information If service is required, call your authorized service agency.
