SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS - DUAL ZONE TruProtect™ "Advanced" Function "Quick" Reference Solid Door Dual Zone Models: 64 ˚F 42 ˚F ON Hi/Low Temp Upper Hi/Low Temp Lower Glass Door Dual Zone Models: 64 ˚F Place new control here when I get it from Ray 42 ˚F ON Hi/Low Temp Upper Hi/Low Temp Lower Function Service Diagnostics Function Access Control Confirmation/Comment To "Enter" andWARM"EER xit" Service Diagnostics mode, press and hold the WARMER keypad while ON OFF SET ˚F̊ /C LIGHT ON OFF SET ˚F̊ /C LIGHT pressing the COLDER keypad four (4) times in five (5) seconds. Service DiCaOgLDEnR ostics mode will automatically exit after five (5) minutes of no keypad entry. Display Error Code Reference: The microprocessor in the control continually monitors critical refrigeration system 55 13 38 55 13 38 compo˚Fnents for pr˚oCper operati˚oFn. If component parameters ex˚Fceed norma˚Cl operating ˚F specifications, the display will automatically flash the respective error code as follows: SA 4 ˚C E1 Compressor Error, (High/Low Amps) SA 4 ˚C E2 Condenser Fan Error, (High/Low Amps) E3 Upper Compartment "Sensor A" Error, (Out-of-Range) Service Diagnostics Mode enables service technicians to identify the firmware and software versions, test status of "model specific" system components and sensors and change state of components where applicable, (i.e. - compressor WARMER on/off, etc...). While in Service Diagnostics Mode, tests are incremented by pressingOOWFNFtAhRMeER SET keypad and ˚F̊s/CpecifLiIGcHT component states can be changed to "ON" and "OFF" by pressing ON theOFF SET and WARMER COLDER ˚F̊ /C COLDLIEGRHT keypads respectively.
