Service Information If your oven should fail to operate, check to see whether the circuit breaker is open or the fuse is blown. If service is required, call your authorized service agency. When you call for service, have the following information readily available: • Model number • Serial number • Date of purchase • Name of dealer from whom purchased Clearly describe the problem that you are having. You will need it if service is ever required. The serial number and model number for your oven is located on the identification plate mounted on the top left side of the oven door opening under the control panel.
