Installing the Blu-ray Player 1 Inspecting the Package Contents Before installing your new Blu-Ray Player, take a moment to inspect the package contents. Before you begin the installation, ensure your TV has an available HDMI port. Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet as shown below: Connecting Power Cord Connecting the Blu-ray To connect the player to the TV: 1. Ensure both the TV and the player are off. 2. Connect the player and the TV using an HDMI cable. Ensure each end of the cable is securely connected. 3. Turn the TV on. 4. Turn the player on by pressing the Power button on the remote, or by touching the Power control on the front of the player. 5.
