Problem Possible Cause Correction Your Kidi Magic Speaker ClockTM Has Stopped Working or Does Not Turn On. Incorrect battery polarities Weak batteries AC/DC connection problem Ensure that the batteries are installed correctly. Replace with new batteries. Ensure that the adapter connection is ok. FM Radio Is Unclear, with Gritty Interference Weak batteries Replace with new batteries. Weak radio reception Take out the antenna from cabinet on the back of the unit. Weak radio reception Place the unit nearer to a window that has an open and unobstructed view. Magic Sensors Weak batteries Not Functioning Properly Replace with new batteries. Strong light disturbance Keep unit away from strong light.
