Activities 2. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, the VTech® Learn & Discover DriverTM will automatically power-down after approximately 30 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button. ACTIVITIES 1. Turn the ON/OFF KEY to turn the unit ON. You will hear fun sounds, a song and a phrase. The lights will flash with the sounds. 2. Slide the MODE SELECTOR to choose Animal ( ), Number ( ) or Music ( ) Mode. 3. Press the ANIMAL/NUMBER/ LOCATION BUTTONS to learn animals in Animal Mode and numbers in Number Mode. In Music Mode, pressing the buttons will play melodies. When melodies are playing, pressing the buttons will add fun sounds over the music. The lights will flash with the sounds.
