Instructions & Activities • Do not mix batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbonzinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium). • Remove the batteries from the equipment when the unit will not be used for an extended period of time. • Always remove exhausted batteries from the equipment. • Do not dispose of batteries in fire. • Do not attempt to recharge ordinary batteries. • The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. • Only batteries of the same and equivalent type as recommended are to be used. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. With the VTech® Lullaby Bear Crib ProjectorTM, safety comes first. To ensure your child's safety, the assembly of this product is an adult activity, not a child's activity. Please ensure that the crib attachment strap is securely locked into position to avoid injury. Follow the instructions below carefully and make sure the final assembly is correct. Attach only to cribs with sturdy rails and spindles. Do not attach to playpens with mesh walls. Please make sure the crib attachment strap is out of reach from children when placed in the crib. Please ensure the crib light is positioned in the upright position with the projection light facing directly upwards.
