Activities ACTIVITIES 1. Slide the on/off/volume control switch to turn the unit on. You will hear a playful song and phrase in the number mode, and a fun sound, phrases and a playful song in the food mode. The lights will flash with the sounds. 2. Press the light-up number buttons to learn the numbers and the colors of the buttons in the number mode, or learn about food in the food mode. The lights will flash with the sounds. 3. Press the function buttons to hear fun sounds in the number mode and playful phrases and short tunes in the food mode. The lights will flash with the sounds. 4. Press the open button to pop out the cash register door. You will hear a fun sound and phrase in the number mode, and fun sounds in the playtime mode. The lights will flash with the sounds. 5. Slide the credit card through the slot on the side of the cash register to hear a variety of sounds and phrases. The lights will flash with the sounds. 7
