Try installing your phone as far away as possible from electronic devices such as television sets, VCRs, or other cordless telephones. • Re-install the battery, and place the cordless handset in the telephone base. Wait for the cordless handset to reestablish its connection with the telephone base. Allow up to one minute for this to take place. • Your line cord might be malfunctioning. Try installing a new line cord. My calls cut in and out while I'm using my cordless handset. • Other electronic products can cause interference with your cordless phone. If this doesn't solve the problem, re-locate your phone or modem farther apart from one another, or use a different surge protector. • Relocate your telephone base to a higher location.
