Please ensure that the legs, handle and activity panel are securely locked into position to avoid injury. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Put the base upright on the floor. 2. Insert the legs into the holes on the base according to the symbols located on the legs and base. Please ensure the legs are fully inserted and secured in the base. 4
