CLEANING & MAINTENANCE 1. Remove the lid. 2. Remove the batter container from the dispenser base and discard or store remaining batter. 3. Run water through the spigot to clear it of batter. To thoroughly clean the spigot, remove it from the container by twisting the collar counterclockwise. 4. Wash the batter container housing and base by hand with warm water and a soap solution using a sponge or nonabrasive cloth. Take care when cleaning the graphic overlay. 5. Wash the lid, saucer and spigot by hand with a warm water and soap solution or place on the top rack of the dishwasher. After washing, rinse with water, then immerse in sanitizing solution for 2 minutes. Sanitizing solution can also be sprayed on. Do not rinse off and allow to air-dry. Washing solutions based on non-sudsing detergents and chlorine-based sanitizing solutions having a minimum chlorine concentration of 100 PPM are recommended. The following washing, rinsing, and sanitizing solutions, or equivalents, may be used. SOLUTIONS Washing Rinsing Sanitizing PRODUCT International Products Corporation LF2100 Liquid Low-Foam Cleaner Plain Water Clorox® Regular Bleach (8.25% Hypochlorite Concentration) DILUTION IN WATER 1%-2%: 1¼-2¾ Ounces/ Gallon (lower dilution of 1% for normal cleaning and up to 2% for more stubborn soils) 2 Teaspoons/Gallon (alternately a bleach with 5.25% Hypochlorite Concentration can be used at dilution of 3 Teaspoons/Gallon) TEMPERATURE Room temperature Warm 95˚F (35˚C) 6. Allow all components to air-dry, or wipe dry with a nonabrasive cloth.
