Connection to the Whirlpool™ app and Smart Grid service may be unavailable. User account has not been properly set up, or the dryer has not been registered in an account. Check whether either Smart Grid indicator is on continuously. Touch CONNECT to turn Smart Grid feature on. Check if the blue Smart Grid indicator is blinking.
