TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM The ice dispenser jams while dispensing crushed ice Water is leaking or dripping from the dispenser system NOTE: A few drops of water after dispensing is normal. Water continues to drip from the dispenser beyond the first few drops. The glass was not held under the dispenser long enough. SOLUTIONS Switch from crushed ice to cubed ice to clear the ice dispenser. Then switch back to crushed ice. Hold the glass under the dispenser 2 to 3 seconds after releasing the dispenser lever. The refrigerator has just been installed.
