Expectation Setting Document for the Fiery Si v1.2 SEPARATIONS SUPPORT • The Fiery Si does not support Trapping and Overprinting commands. STARR compression cannot support the "combine separations" feature needed to print trapping and overprinting successfully. SPACE REQUIREMENTS • Refer to the specific Xerox Digital Color Copier Customer Expectation Setting Guide for reference. • The Fiery Si should be positioned such that there is 24 inches (610mm) of unobstructed work area on each side of the placement. • For the DocuColor 5750, the right side measurement is 55" and the left side measurement is 17". • At no time should any overhead obstruction be closer than 6 feet (1828.8mm) over the location of the Fiery Si. • The maximum distance between the Fiery Si and the Xerox Digital Color Copier is limited by the original length of the interface cable.
