The On-line/Off-line button can be pressed to interrupt a print job to run a copy job. When the copy job is complete, touch the On-line/Off-line button to revert to print mode, or the machine will revert to print mode automatically after 1 minute. • When the light is on, the WorkCentre is ready. • When the light is off, there is no communication to or from the PC. • When the light is blinking, data is being received from the PC.
