Song Recording The Clavinova features comprehensive song recording functions that allow you to record your own performances to floppy disks. Four recording methods are available: Quick Recording (page 132), which lets you record quickly and easily; Track Recording (page 135), with which you can record multiple instrumental parts; Chord Sequence (page 141), which lets you step-record Auto Accompaniment chords; and Step Edit, which you can use to edit or record song data one note at a time. • Up to 60 songs can be recorded on a single disk, depending on the amount of data contained in each song. • Before you can record songs on a new disk, the disk must be formatted for use by the Clavinova (see page 131).
