For example, you can enjoy listening to classical music while having beautiful scenery from the video source on the video monitor. "MUTE" blinks on the front panel display. To resume audio output, press MUTE again. y • You can also cancel mute by pressing VOLUME +/-, etc. • You can adjust the muting level (see page 42). I Night listening mode This mode reproduces dialogue clearly while reducing the volume of loud sound effects for easier listening at low volumes or at night. Press NIGHT on the remote control. The NIGHT indicator in the front panel display lights up. Playing video sources in the background
You can combine a video image from a video source with
a sound from an audio source. For example, you can
enjoy listening to classical music while having beautiful
scenery from the video source on the video monitor.
Use the input selector buttons to select a video source,
then select an audio source.

To mute the sound
Press MUTE on the
remote control.
“MUTE” blinks on the front
panel display.
To resume audio output, press
MUTE again.
