Tools needed for installation When installing the speakers to the ceiling, you will need to prepare the following tools. * Use an appropriate tool for the material of the mounting surface. NS-IC600/NS-IC800 Speaker u2 Pencil Drill Philips screwdriver Wire strippers Safety goggles Keyhole saw Speaker grille u2 Cutout template u1 Sturdy wire (such as a coat hanger) Gloves Optimum installation layout Placing the speakers too close to a CRT-type TV may impair the picture color or cause a buzzing noise. In this case, move the speakers away from the TV. This is not an issue with LCD and plasma TVs.
