F G H I J There are three effect sections: Reverb, Chorus, and DSP (which contains a variety of effect types). For details, refer to the Effect Block list (page 125). Each press of this button switches among the various parts/channels. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Switches among the effect sections: REVERB, CHORUS, and DSP. Determines the amount of effect that is applied to each part. For more information about the characteristics of each effect, see the Effect Block list on page 125. 2 F G H I J 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 When the BLOCK parameter is set to REVERB, CHORUS, or DSP1-4/DSP, press this to call up the display from which you can change the detailed settings for the effects. These determine the effect block and let you assign the effect. BLOCK Determines the effect block (group of similar or related effects). PART Determines the part to which the Insertion effect is applied. It is effective only when BLOCK is set to "DSP1/DSP," PARAMETER is set to "CONNECTION," and VALUE is set to "Insertion" - or when BLOCK is set to "DSP2-4" (PSR-2000). CATEGORY..... The various effect programs (in Type below) are grouped into categories. This parameter may not be available depending on the selected block. TYPE Determines the type of effect that is assigned to the selected effect block. The actual effect types that are available may differ depending on the selected block. 124 PSR-2000/1000
