● Using the [+] and [-] buttons: Press the [+] or [-] button, repeatedly if necessary, until the desired pitch value appears in the display. Or press and hold the [+] or [-] button, until the desired pitch value appears in the display. ● Negative values: You can also enter negative values directly, by simultaneously holding down the [-] button and using the number buttons. 3 Adjust other notes as desired. To do this, simply repeat steps 1-2 above. NOTE • Press the [-] and [+] buttons simultaneously to instantly reset the value to its default setting (0 cents). Registering the Scale settings Scale settings and on/off settings are memorized by the Scale Memory function. 1 Set the scale tuning of each note. 2 While holding the ORIENTAL SCALE [MEMORY] button, press one of the [MEMORY 1-4] buttons. The indicator of the selected button will light to indicate that the data has been stored. CAUTION • Never attempt to turn the power off when a "Writing!" message is shown in the display. Doing so can damage the flash memory and result in a loss of data. NOTE • The Scale Memory data is retained in memory even when the power is turned off. 30 PSR-A300 Owner's Manual 28
