Audio pin cable Connecting front speakers that support bi-amp connections When using front speakers that support bi-amp connections, connect them to the FRONT jacks and SURROUND BACK/BI-AMP jacks. To enable the bi-amp function, set "Power Amp Assign" (p.104) in the "Setup" menu to "5ch BI-AMP" after connecting the power cable to an AC wall outlet. Refer to the instruction manual of the speakers for details. If you are not making bi-amp connections, make sure that the brackets or cables are connected before connecting the speaker cables. • Surround back speakers cannot be used during bi-amp connections. • The FRONT jacks and SURROUND BACK/BI-AMP jacks output the same signals.
