Caring for the Instrument ● Cleaning the mouthpiece Dip the mouthpiece brush in a brass soap water solution and use the brush to clean the mouthpiece's throat. Dip the mouthpiece brush in a brass soap wa-
ter solution and use the brush to clean the
mouthpiece’s throat. Rinse the mouthpiece
thoroughly with clean water.
