Chapter 39 Maintenance Table 162 Management > Maintenance (continued) LABEL Save Configuration DESCRIPTION Click Config 1 to save the current configuration settings to Configuration 1 on the Switch. Reboot System Click Config 2 to save the current configuration settings to Configuration 2 on the Switch. Click Config 1 to reboot the system and load Configuration 1 on the Switch. Click Config 2 to reboot the system and load Configuration 2 on the Switch. Factory Default Tech Support Note: Make sure to click the Save button in any screen to save your settings to the current configuration on the Switch. Click this to reset the Switch IP address, admin username and password, and other configuration settings back to the factory defaults. Click Click Here to see the Tech-Support screen. You can set CPU and memory thresholds for log reports and download related log reports for issue analysis. Log reports include CPU history and utilization, crash and memory. 39.2.1 Firmware Upgrade Use the following screen to upgrade your Switch to the latest firmware. The Switch supports dual firmware images, Firmware 1 and Firmware 2. Use this screen to specify which image is updated when firmware is uploaded using the web configurator and to specify which image is loaded when the Switch starts up. Make sure you have downloaded (and unzipped) the correct model firmware and version to your computer before uploading to the device. Be sure to upload the correct model firmware as uploading the wrong model firmware may damage your device. Click Management > Maintenance > Firmware Upgrade to view the screen as shown next.
