Removing ,theSp,a.re Tire and Tools Turn the center retaining bolt on the spare tire cover counterclockwise to remove it, then lift and remove the tire cover. Remove the wheel wrench jack from the and jack container. Turn the spare tire retainer bolt counterclockwise and remove the retainer assembly. Remove the spare tire from the trunk.
