Non-Greasy Stains Stains causedby catsup, coffee (black), egg, fruit, fruit juice, milk, soft d r i n k s , wine, vomit, urine and blood can be removed as follows: 1. Carefully scrapeoff excess stain, then spongethe soiled area with cool water. 2. If a stain remains, followthe foam-type instructions described earlier. Rub with a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt.You may have to doit more than once. Things like tar, asphalt and shoe polish willstain if you don't get themoff quickly. Use a clean cloth and a vinyl/leather cleaner. See your dealer for this product. Cleaning Leather Use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and a,mild soap or dry let saddle soap and wipe with a soft cloth. Then, the Do leather dry naturally. not use heat to dry. For stubborn stains, use a leather cleaner. See your dealer for this product. 3. If an odor lingers after cleaning vomit or urine, treat the area with awaterbaking soda solution: 1 teaspoon (5 ml)of baking soda to1 cup (250 ml) of lukewarm water. 4. If needed, clean lightly with solvent-type cleaner. Combination Stains Stains caused by candy, cream, mayonnaise,chili ice sauce and unknown stains can be removed as follows: Never use oils, varnishes, solvent-based or abrasive cleaners, furniture polish or shoe polish on leather.
