Used Replacement Wheels Tire Chains I NOTICE: ~ Putting a used wheel onyour vehicle is it's dangerous. You can't know how been usedor it's how many miles been driven.It could fail suddenly and cause an accident. If you have to GM original replace a wheel, use a new equipment wheel. Use tire chains only where legal only when and you must. Use onlySAE Class "S" type chains that arethe proper size for your tires. Install them on the rear tires and tighten them as tightly as possible withthe ends securely fastened. Drive slowly and follow the chain manufacturer's instructions. If you can hear the chains contacting your vehicle, stop and retighten them. If the contact continues, slow downuntil it stops. Driving toofast or spinning the wheels with chains on willdamage your vehicle. 6-47
