Air Bag Off Light {CAUTION: If the passenger's air bags are turned off for a person who is not in a risk group identified by the national government, that person will not have the extra protection of the air bags. In a crash, the air bags would not be able to inflate and help protect the person sitting there. Do not turn off the passenger's air bags unless the person sitting there is in a risk group. See Air Bag Off Switch on page 1-44 for more on this, including important safety information. When you turn the passenger's air bags off, this light will come on and stay on to remind you that the air bags have been turned off. This light will go off when you turn the air bags back on.
