CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS These limited warranties do not provide compensation for loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience or consequential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Tires presented for claim remain the property of the consumer and Michelin accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to tires which are in the custody or control of a Michelin tire retailer for the purpose of inspection for warranty adjustment. Tires accepted for claim become the property of Michelin North America, Inc. (MNA). In the event of a disputed claim, the consumer must make the tire available for further inspection. No Michelin North America (MNA) representative, employee or retailer has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise or agreement, which in any way varies from the terms of this warranty. These limited warranties apply only in the United States and Canada. CONSUMER RIGHTS This warranty gives the user specific legal rights, and the user may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 29
