INSTRUMENT PANEL 1 2 3 4 5 FLEX 6 7 8 1  P OWER TILT AND TELESCOPE STEERING COLUMN* Use the controls to adjust the steering wheel to your desired position. To set your cruise control speed: FLEX 4  S ERVICE ENGINE . 2 CRUISE CONTROL A. Press the ON control up and release. B. Accelerate to the desired speed. C. Press the SET control up and release, then take your foot off the accelerator. To disable, press the OFF control down. SOON LIGHT Illuminates briefly when you switch the ignition on. If it remains on or blinks after you start the engine, the On-Board Diagnostics system (OBD-II) has detected a problem. Drive in a moderate fashion and contact your authorized dealer as soon as possible. INFORMATION DISPLAY* Displays information about Entertainment, Phone and Navigation*. Use the right, 5-way controls located on your steering wheel to scroll through, highlight and make minor adjustments within a selected menu. Refer to the MyFord Touch chapter in your Owner's Manual for more information. AUDIO AND MEDIA CONTROLS Press VOL+ or - to increase or decrease volume levels. Press SEEK or to access the next or previous radio station preset, CD track or preset satellite radio channel*. Press to access voice recognition. Press to connect or disconnect a phone call. 7  PUSH BUTTON START* 5  R IGHT VEHICLE 3  LEFT VEHICLE INFORMATION DISPLAY Provides information about various systems on your vehicle. Use the left, 5-way controls, located on the steering wheel, to choose and confirm settings and messages. Refer to the Information Displays chapter of your Owner's Manual for more information. Allows you to start your vehicle by pressing the ENGINE START STOP button while fully pressing down on the brake pedal. Press the button again to switch the engine off. If you leave your vehicle idling for an extended period of time, the engine shuts down automatically. Before this happens, a message appears in the information display, allowing you time to override the shutdown feature. 6  STEERING WHEEL  Note: Your intelligent access transmitter* must be inside the vehicle for the ignition to start. 8 HAZARD CONTROL *IF EQUIPPED 4 5
