Temporary Spares A Michelin௡ Temporary Spare used in temporary service on the vehicle in which it was originally installed, which becomes unserviceable due to a condition covered by this warranty, will be replaced with a comparable new Michelin௡ Temporary Spare tire, free of charge, when it is worn less than 1/32nd of an inch (0.8 mm). The cost of mounting and balancing is included. You pay the cost of any other service charge and applicable taxes. When 1/32nd of an inch (0.8 mm) of the original tread has been worn, but less than 2/32nds of an inch (1.6 mm) the tire will be replaced at 50% according to current actual selling price at the adjustment location. WHAT THE CONSUMER MUST DO WHEN MAKING A CLAIM When making a claim under the terms of this limited warranty, you must present your tire(s) to a participating Michelin௡ tire retailer. The vehicle on which the tires were used must be available for inspection. Personal identification (i.e. Driver's license, Credit Card, etc.) and vehicle registration may be required. You pay service charges for normal vehicle and tire maintenance. Also see Conditions and Exclusions on this page pertaining to all limited warranties listed in this booklet. CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS These limited warranties do not provide compensation for loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience or consequential damage.
