Disabling I ntel Sm art Response Technology Setup through RST GUI : 1. Open RST GUI and click on t he "Accelerat e" t ab. Click on t he " Disable Accelerat ion" but t on. 2. A pop- up window will appear, click " Yes" RST Cache is now DI SABLED. Sm art Response Technology is now DI SABLED and all dat a is guarant eed t o be w rit t en t o t he HDD. Disabling I ntel Smart Response Technology Setup through RST GUI :
1.
Open RST GUI and click on the
“Accelerate” tab.
Click on the “Disable Acceleration”
button.

A pop-up window will appear, click
“Yes” RST Cache is now DISABLED.
Smart Response Technology is now DISABLED and all data is guaranteed to be written to the
HDD. This could take a few seconds or even a few minutes depending on how much modified
data there was.
