Appendix 4: Troubleshooting Power board Check output voltage +5V and +22V whether if correct supply NG Check power switch whether if turn on OK It is not power board problem. NG Turn switch on. OK Check power cord (P801), signal cable (P302), P101, P102, P103, P104 is correct connected OK Check C805 value is about 140Vdc -330Vdc OK Check C807 is greater than 11V OK NG Connect the cables whether to be correct connected. NG Check F801, D807, D808, D805, D812, or P801 whether to be damaged NG Check R807, D804, I801 whether to be damaged. Check I801 pin6 has same pulse OK NG Check peripheral component of I801 whether to be damaged. Check T802 PIN1 has same pulse or not NG Check Q803, R813, R814, D806 whether to be damaged OK Check peak voltage of R811 triangle pulse is up to 0.52V or not NG Check D804 and R807 whether to be damaged OK Check D809, D810, C818, C824, C823, C817, C822, T802 have same short circuit or the output +5V/+22V is over load Check D809, D810, C818, C824, C823, NG C817, C822, T802 whether to be damaged.
