Remove the Heatsink 0 1. Remove 1 screw aside the thermal fins. Figure 3-35. Heatsink Table 3-11. Screws Step Heatsink Removal M3*5 Screw Quantity 1 Screw Type 2. Loose 2 diagonal screws on thermal block, and loose the other 2 diagonal screws, loose these 4 screws alternately until they are completely separated from the nuts. Figure 3-36. Heatsink 3.
