AMI UEFI BIOS Flash SOP for DOS 0 Flash Scenarios 0 - For end-user ONLY. Currently, ALL ODMs should NOT use it to flash SBIOS. It will cause unexpected problem since some BIOS block data maybe different between old and new BIOS. - It will keep DMI and setup settings. - QTC team can simulate user's behavior by using it. - QTC team can simulate user's behavior by using it. - For AMD platform, you need to flash BIOS with command (Afudos ..\ROM\XXX.ROM) from win 7 upgrade to win8. Then, follow the below steps ([Flash 4M BIOS]) to flash BIOS again. - For Intel platform, you need to follow other SOP(AMI UEFI BIOS Flash SOP for DOS with ME) from win7 upgrade to win8. Flash UEFI BIOS SOP for DOS 0 1. Press "Del" enter BIOS Setup Menu. 2. In "Authentication" page, Set "Secure Boot" function as "Disabled". 2-16 System Utilities
