Using the camera and camcorder - 37 In the camera window, the controls at the top of the screen allow you to change settings. The controls at the bottom allow you to take a picture, select camera or camcorder, zoom in or out, and view the last picture/video taken. Tap the Camcorder button and the camcorder immediately begins filming. While recording, you are unable to access camera/camcorder settings. Tap the red Stop recording button to stop filming. Settings Icon Settings Effects Description Camera settings • Capture mode: Normal or Panorama. • Scene mode: None, Beach, Candle light, Fireworks, HDR, Landscape, Night, Night portrait, Party, Portrait, Snow, Sports, Steady photo, Sunset or Theatre. • Resolution: 5M pixels, 3M pixels or 2M pixels. • Exposure: Over- or under-exposes the image. • White balance: Auto, Day light, Cloudy, Fluorescent lamp or Incandescent. • Timer: Off, 2 seconds, 5 seconds or 10 seconds. • Grid: Turns the grid on or off. Camcorder settings • Resolution: HD 720p, SD 480p or QCIF. • Timer lapse interval: Off, 1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds or 10 seconds. General settings • Location: Set if the location (from GPS) is stored in the image information. A satellite icon appears on the screen when active. • Storage: Internal storage or SD card. • Reset to default: Return camera settings to the original conditions. • None, Aqua, Blackboard, Mono, Negative, Sepia or White board
