System Security The Setup program has a number of security features to prevent unauthorized access to the system and its data. Settings in boldface are the default and suggested settings. Parameter Supervisor Password User Password Disk Drive Controller Floppy Drive Hard Disk Drive Description Options Prevents unauthorized access to the BIOS utility. None or Present. The Present setting allows you to set a Setup password. For instructions on how to set a Setup password, refer to "Setting a Password" on page 37. Secures your system against unauthorized use.
