If you selected "PPP" (for PPPoE connections), gather the following: • Service provider • Account name • Password • PPPoE service name The information below is optional. Ask your ISP or system administrator if you need it. • DNS servers • Domain name • Proxy server Entering Your Information After gathering your specific setup information from your ISP or network administrator, you can click the "Assist me" button in the Network preferences pane to open Network Setup Assistant, or you can enter the information manually.
