Select an item then press if you want to configure the item. SATA Configuration SATA Configuraton [Enhanced] Configure SATA as [IDE] Hard Disk Write Protect [Disabled] SATA Detect Time Out (Sec) [35] Options Disabled Compatible Enhanced SATA Configuration [Enhanced] Configuration options: [Disabled] [Compatible] [Enhanced] Configure SATA as [IDE] Sets the configuration for the Serial ATA connectors supported by the Southbridge chip. Configuration options: [IDE] If you want to use the Serial ATA hard disk drives as Parallel ATA physical storage devices, keep the default setting [IDE]. Hard Disk Write Protect [Disabled] Disables or enables device write protection. This will be effective only if the device is accessed through BIOS.
