Disables the controller. USB 2.0 Controller Mode [HiSpeed] [FullSpeed] Set the USB 2.0 controller mode to FullSpeed (12 Mbps). [HiSpeed] Set the USB 2.0 controller mode to HiSpeed (480 Mbps).
