Troubleshooting There are multiple Bluetooth transmitters or receivers in the same room or range, and they may be conflicting. Belkin does not guarantee inter-compatibility with other Bluetooth devices; however, the TuneStage Transmitter and Receiver are 100% compatible with each other. Should there be additional Bluetooth devices in the same range, please follow these instructions: There is more than one Bluetooth receiver (e.g., TuneStage Receiver and Bluetooth headphones) in the same room or range. The TuneStage Transmitter will pair with the Bluetooth receiver that was turned on first or is the closest in proximity to the Transmitter. If you are paired with the incorrect receiver, turn off the power on the receiver that will not be used. Remove and reconnect the TuneStage Transmitter to the iPod. Remove and reconnect the TuneStage Transmitter to the iPod. There is more than one Bluetooth transmitter (e.g., TuneStage Transmitter, Bluetooth USB dongle) in the same room or range. The TuneStage Receiver will pair with the closest Bluetooth transmitter. Turn off or remove the transmitter that will not be used.
