TIKKA T3 SCOUT COMPACT TACTICAL RIFLE The new Tikka T3 Scout CTR is a serious professional-grade rifle built with one purpose - precise bullet placement shot after shot. Utilizing state-of-the-art materials and laser-tight machining tolerances, the Tikka T3 Scout is simply the most accurate tactical rifle in its class. TIKKA T3 VARMINT When it comes to consistent accuracy, be it at the range or on the plains, the Tikka T3 Varmint is hard to out-shoot. The free-floating precision barrel effectively eliminates vibration and will not overheat even in fast-paced varmint shooting. The synthetic stock has an extra-wide fore-end for bench resting, and the swivel stud accommodates both a bipod or a sling. The ergonomically-designed Varmint cheek piece provides comfortable head positioning with a large scope. TIKKA T3 TAC When it comes to accuracy, the T3 TAC is in a class of its own. A CrMo Steel, free-floating match grade barrel is surface manganese-phosphated for lasting protection against the elements. The barrel features a protected threaded muzzle which allows for the attachment of an optional Sako muzzle brake or sound suppressor. The modern bolt has two opposing locking lugs in front and an efficient extractor claw and spring loaded ejector plunger for automatic case ejection. Tikka rifles are world famous for their slick and fast bolt throw; emphasized with a black Teflon® coating and two-way safety, locking both handle and trigger. Tikka TAC is equipped with a Picatinny rail on top of the receiver which allows for the use of any US Mil. Std 1913 compatible mount. Optilock Weaver bases and rings are recommended for secure and precise scope mounting. Detachable magazines are in-line, straight feeding polymer units that are silent, durable and non-oxidizing in field conditions. The stock is comprised of fiberglass-reinforced co-polymer polypropylene and features an ambidextrous palm swell as well as an adjustable cheek piece. The wide fore-end has a swivel stud to easily equip the TAC with a bipod. Additionally, the stock has three side inserts allowing for a heavy-duty, hook-type sling swivel. Completing the stock is a black, rubber recoil pad providing an adjustable length of pull through the use of the optional spacers.
