EN 15 Problem T DISC leaked or burst. P Fill tank lights up even though there is sufficient water in the tank. P 7d and Q 7e are flashing simulta­ neously and it is not possible to prepare drinks. Q Descale flashes even though you are using filtered or soft water. Possible cause Brewing Unit opened while in Automatic or Manual mode before returning to stand-by mode. Blocked filter in T DISC due to use of chemically softened water. The float in the water tank is stuck. There is an error on the machine. Even filtered water contains small amounts of dissolved lime. Solution Wait for brewing to complete and machine to return to stand-by mode before opening. Check that the water is not treated with sodium based softener. If water is chemically softened, discard water in tank, rinse three times with non-chemically softened water and refill. Start a cleaning process with the Service T DISC. Clean the water tank and ensure that the float can move. Turn the machine off using the on/off switch, wait approximately 5 minutes and turn the machine back on.
