T roubleshooting PROBLEM Headset won't charge WHAT TO DO Make sure the USB cable is correctly aligned with the port on the headset. Secure both ends of the USB cable. If the headset has been exposed to high or low ­temperatures, let the headset return to room ­temperature and then try charging again. Try another USB wall charger. Can't adjust noise cancellation Power off and on the headset (see page 21). Gaming microphone isn't picking up sound Unmute the microphone before connecting to your gaming system (see page 25). Make sure the microphone is facing your mouth. Make sure the microphone is plugged in correctly (see page 18). Adjust the microphone so it's level with your mouth. Check your voice level using the audio settings in your gaming system's settings menu. For more ­information, refer to your gaming system's owner's guide.
