Color change the machine to the furthest needle 1. Color change the machine to needle 1. Apply white to the left. Apply black grease (BR2) to the grease (30) to the two grooves on the left side of groove of the cam and bevel gears. Apply grease the linear rail. Color change the machine to the lightly since excess grease may contaminate the furthest needle to the left to get to the other side of color change sensor on some models. the linear rail and grease on that side as well. Knob for changing colors manually. Some models will be on the other side. 2. Apply black grease (BR2) to the roller bearings. Apply grease lightly since excess grease may contaminate the color change sensor on some models. Color change the machine to needle 1 to get to the last 3 to 4 roller bearings on the other side. 9/1/05 4

Greasing
Color Change Assembly
1.
Color change the machine to the furthest needle
to the left. Apply black grease (BR2) to the
groove of the cam and bevel gears. Apply grease
lightly since excess grease may contaminate the
color change sensor on some models.

Apply black grease (BR2) to the roller bearings.
Apply grease lightly since excess grease may
contaminate the color change sensor on some
models. Color change the machine to needle 1 to
get to the last 3 to 4 roller bearings on the other
side.
Color Change Linear Rail
1.
Color change the machine to needle 1. Apply white
grease (30) to the two grooves on the left side of
the linear rail. Color change the machine to the
furthest needle to the left to get to the other side of
the linear rail and grease on that side as well.
