EMBROIDERY Connecting character patterns If the character pattern is too long to fit in the embroidery frame, follow the steps below. Example: Connecting "ABC" with "DEF" Enter "ABC" and press . a Press to turn off the automatic thread b cutting ( ). Press f to turn it to . X The stitching starting point is set to lower left of the design. Lower the presser foot, and then press g (Start/stop switch) to begin sewing. When embroidering is finished, trim the thread h leaving the end of the thread longer than usual. Then reset the fabric in the embroidery frame, in a position where you can sew "DEF".
