Charging the Battery Pack To charge the battery pack, you attach the AC adapter to the battery case. When the AC adapter is connected, the battery pack charges whenever the printer is idle (whether or not it is tuned on). You must always charge a new battery pack. A new battery pack is not charged. It takes approximately 1 hours to charge a new battery or a fully discharged battery. With a fully charged battery pack, you may be able to print up to 200 pages (1500 characters/page) without the use of AC power. The actual printing time depends on the complexity of the data you are printing. 1 Attach the AC adapter. Charging the Battery Pack

Attach the
AC adapter.
