(400%)]1 [LUT: ACESproxy]2 [LUT: Off] Output Settings with LUT applied Gamma curve Color space Wide DR BT.709 Original gamma curve BT.709 ACESproxy - ACESproxy - Description LUT for viewing on the screen or external monitors compatible with BT.709 specifications. LUT for viewing HDR (high dynamic range) images on monitoring devices connected to the VIDEO terminal. The LUT follows the BT.2100 transfer function to convert a brightness range of 1600% or 400% respectively into output the same as video displayed on an HDR-compatible display. LUT for viewing on external monitors compatible with the ACESproxy standard established by ACES (Academy Color Encoding System). The signal output will use full range coding. No LUT applied. 1 Available only for output from the VIDEO terminal and the camera's viewfinder (k only). 2 Only when [ ! Custom Picture/HDR] > [Preset] is set to [Canon Log 3]. Available only for SDI output. NOTES • When you apply the [LUT: ACESproxy] LUT to the SDI terminal, it will output ACESproxy video data. Using a compatible monitor, you can perform on-set color grading and check the image after color correction as you continue shooting (A 2). • If you set an assignable button to [LUT], you can press the button to turn on and off the LUTs applied to all output terminals/screens at once. • If you change the > [ ! Custom Picture/HDR] > [Preset] or [Gamma] setting, the LUT will be deactivated and all the terminals' output settings will be reset to [LUT: Off].
