Troubleshooting Guide If there is a problem, first refer to this Troubleshooting Guide. If this Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem, contact your dealer or nearest Canon Service Center. Power The camera does not operate even when the power switch is set to . The battery is not properly installed in the camera. (p.26) Recharge the battery. (p.24) Make sure the battery compartment cover is closed. (p.26) Make sure the card slot cover is closed.
